Land of the Iranians (iland City)

The iland Project is one of the most impactful projects in the Iranian economy. It is the first experience of a private city in the country. This 1,400-hectare complex is becoming an attractive gem for domestic and foreign investors. The iland (Land of Iranians), as the largest international residential, recreational, commercial, sports, and educational city in Iran, is the first complex in the country to hold three titles simultaneously: International Tourism Resort (Government Council resolution), Tourism Model Town (Supreme Council of Urban Planning and Architecture resolution), and Special Economic Zone (Parliament resolution).
