Tourism Financial Group (TFG), relying on national knowledge and the capabilities of the managers and youth of this land, has been able to attract and employ more than 100 capable human capital in the senior management area, 250 in the middle management ranks, and about 300 in the position of junior managers. With regard to the youth index of the population and the need to internalize the management structure, the rate of acceptance of external managers has decreased from about 80% in the early days of establishment to 10% in the current situation. Succession planning and empowering internal forces to settle in middle and senior management positions are among the continuous goals and ongoing thinking in Tourism Financial Group.
